need auto tags on my picture

hi my project is to
do auto tags
to followers of some user

for example
i have picture in instagram
and i want made auto tags users to particular account
sor exampe this user @nike instagram
i want to tags some of his followers for example Every 5 minutes tags 3 users in my
picture
and after 5 minutes the program Deleted the tags users and will be tags 3 new users
