Tailor your landing page around your keywords and follow up with an ar series. Your first campaigns are probably not going to be profitable. The trick is to weed out your keywords that are not coverting to drive down your click price.

It took me about 2 months of trial and error before I found a profitable set of keywords for 1 product. After that I spent another month recovering my intial losses. Now I average about a 20% profit.

Not great, but it's money.
