It's extremely important to only work for clients with good approval rating -- I wouldn't go below 75% myself. Very long descriptions full of threats are another red flag.
I have an account thats a couple of years old, gave up on that rather quickly as I can get paid proper money for technical writing through other sources. PM me if interested I suppose.
I still don't understand why people buy free stuff! Brand Callen developed iWriter and made it free for every author. If you need my suggestion on this, I would tell you one thing: open your own account and start writing from scratch.
