But I am also a virgin in online profiteering. I have read many outdated manuals and downloaded many tools, wasted many hours trying to modify different code to fit my needs, but alas I am not a programmer.

I have finally found a niche that nobody else knows about. Here I am brainstorming the different options I have to own the niche but I keep coming to the conclusion that it would make so much more sense to have help from someone with experience than to slowly set up a lot of sites with different methods which will only get me banned from whatever CPA, CPC, etc company that I sign up with.

I'm going to try to stay away from specifics but a little about the niche:
The information that these people need rates much higher on the 'need' scale than the 'want' scale.
Google keyword tool shows around 900 local monthly searches for "these keywords" - it's two words. If you search Google for these two words you only get vague results. The #1 spot is up for the taking.
Those 900 are only a tiny fraction of the group - the rest are searching for long-tail keywords, again completely unique, which I have access to many of, and know how to easily get more and more of from the users searching for the generic "two keywords".
The group is composed of lower intelligence, lower income people ages teen - 40 years old residing in the continental US.
I can also find people on various social networking sites which would be interested in the information.

Since I'm so new, I'm going to take my time considering anyone who wants to help, the last thing I want to do is lose out on the goldrush. Please be able to prove that you are reputable.

    Thanks.

By the way, what are the going rates?

I don't think your approach is right in this. If you think it is a very low competition niche, try to get it done yourself. It cannot be that hard. There are so many methods out here that will get you ranked well.

From what you say, I think even a good book marking service might get you to page 1. Do it on your own. No reputable mentor will waste his time on a JV for such a low volume keyword. Even if they do, you can expect to be blown away by him or her after a while.

Remember, this is a black hat forum.

Thank you for the thoughtful post, I guess I just need to research more/ask questions if something can not be found through research.

I think it's more a fear of me making small but costly mistakes, and having someone more experienced than me coming in and stomping me out while saturating the niche.

i think you cannot do too much wrong. i run several niche sites by myself and they have far more search results than your niche and just with bookmarking and a couple of blog comments / blogroll links you can reach page one easily. just put good content on your site and i am sure you will be successful :)

Fairly busy with my own projects at the moment but im more than happy to make sure your not wasting your time with this and that it will make you some cash and not just end up being a deep pit of emptyness.

Just shoot me over a PM and i will give you some stats and advice :)

P.S. With that low search volume i would never personally be interested in doing anything in the market (100k+ minimum global exact searches per month across 10 keywords for me im afraid).
