Need Advice: WP Theme Local Business

I want to ask you guys your opinion on a WP theme for a new lead gen website. Home services niche. Needs to have a perfect seo score, including theme.

I need stability, fast load, clean code, fully responsive, professional look.

We are down to Divi vs Genesis, what are your experiences?

I just use elementor so no idea . With the resources you get here, especially what Deleted member 752298 offers, you can pretty much make any website you want.

Also, are you not using elementor for good reasons? If so, I would like to know please. Would be knowledgeable.

Go with GeneratePress or the new Ollie theme. They are both VERY fast.

Yes, GeneratePress with GenerateBlocks and the built in Gutenberg pagebuilder is the way to go, as new, learn Gutenberg.
