Hey how is it going people, this is my first post on this forum so I will include a short intro because I'm planning to become an active forum user.

I searched for methods to earn money online for years but last year I really focused and spent a good time searching for methods. I created a website/portfolio for my graphic and web design services and I have earned about 2000$ that year which isn't too bad if we consider that I am unemployed and just finished high school.
What I found recently is Internet Marketing and what got my attention are CPA offers. Now I spent a few weeks reading forums and articles and have found that this forum really gives useful information unlike sites who post nonsense stuff just to get a click to their offer or buy a product. I feel that I have what it takes to succeed in this 'business' because I already succeeded in a similar business mentioned above, and I already got some budget to work with even tough I spent some on Facebook ads to promote offers but it didn't go well.

Now here is my situation and I trust that people here will give me honest suggestions:

I have a Facebook page with almost 500 TARGETED followers for my niche, Tumblr blog with about 1000 TARGETED followers for the same niche, Pinterest account with about 1000 TARGETED followers for that same niche. I am planning to create an Instagram account too for the same niche.

Now, I know that these numbers are low for monetizing but I would appreciate it if you give me your honest suggestions on:

  • Which method of monetizing should I go for? - I am thinking about sending them to a Capture page and earn by emailing them or SEO where I would post articles and so but that niche is saturated? Maybe just get a domain and create Landing page to prepare the for the funnel and just send them to the offer?
  • Should I even keep growing these social followings, is it worth it?
  • I can't spent too much money so are there cheap/free methods worth considering or money is a must in order to succeed?

These are the questions I need answers for the most but I got tons of other questions...

What I would GREATLY appreciate is if someone who is a PRO at this would spend some minutes with me for a few days typing on Skype and show me something AND who is not going to do it just in order to sell his book or something. (I had those experiences)

Thanks in advance, I will keep refreshing this post every 2 minutes waiting for answers lol.

Well first of all, welcome to BHW. You are definitely right about the quality of advice and information here.

In regards to your business. And this is just my opinion.

I would build an email list in the niche so that you can engage your followers further and sell to them on an ongoing business. So you will want to look at list building. And list management. Not always selling.

You could create a blog and rank using seo. This is a long term game but you will have a head start. One thing most people are using now is social signals. Facebook likes. Tweets bretweets etc. so if you have social followings already like you do. You will be able to share your content on your social accounts and have the ball rolling immediately. Even though the niche is saturated you should be able to carve out a smaller niche or piece of the pie

keyword research and selection will be instrumental to your success here. Learning how to create quality content that people want to read. Other seo techniques such as on page and link building.

You can also use your blog to build your email list. So two birds with one stone.

Your social accounts I would say are definitely worth growing if there is growth to be had. If the niche is too small that might it. But I'm guessing you can grow these

the success will be branding these along with your blog site. Become recognisable at every point of contact with your followers.

It doesn't necessarily take a lot of money. But it sure helps speed things up.

By all means you could throw out some cpa offers to your existing followers and get some quick bucks. But in the long term you want to build a sustainable business by delivering value.

I hope this helps a little and others throw in their two cents.

As im working on my own projects I wouldn't have the time to help you out more

best of luck anyway.

Thanks a ton for the long, honest and quick reply. You are an example of what I was saying about the quality of information here on this site.

That's exactly what I was thinking, I just didn't know if it would take too much time to start seeing ANY earnings because I saw people creating websites and they start to make money after 10+ months which is not really what I'm looking for.
I was thinking about creating a free e-book for emails but as far as I know, it will cost me a lot to send traffic to it.

I will wait to see what others will suggest, but for now Creating a website both for email capturing and articles is best looking idea.
