I need advice from the experienced guys here.

I have built a PBN of 15 domains during the past few months. I will called this PBN1. I am using PBN1 for just one site, I will call it site1. I tried to block ahrefs and majestic but my PBN has been discovered by both.

I have another site, called site2. This site is gray hat and it used to rank at #1.
Around November of 2013, it dropped to bottom of page 1 and it's been sitting there ever since. I have tried high PR blog comments on it and it won't move.

Right now I am in a situation where I am being pushed by people to rank site2 by next month. There is no time to build another PBN because finding the right domains takes forever. I have no choice but to use PBN1.

But here is the problem. if someone reports PBN1, both sites site1 and site2 will go down. If I had a separate PBN for site2, it would be less risky because if one PBN gets reported, the other is still safe.

So yeah, that's my dilemma and I dont know what to do. Any ideas are appreciated.

I think you first need that find out what brought your SITE1 down. If its your PBN1 then you might have a problem . But since you are not penalized like you are still on page 1. You should check if you lost some other backlinks and also check whether the PBN links are in place and not deindexed.

As far as blocking is concerned you should try the SSPRO paid plugin which works quite well or even if you dont want then you could block using .htaccess probably though I havent tried it but others should help you out with it.

looks like you have misundersood my question. my fault for making it so complicated.
ok I will simplify it. I have 2 sites. I am using PBN for one site. For the other site, I would like to set up a separate PBN just so I dont have all eggs in one basket (if one PBN gets reported, at least the other is safe)
BUT I am getting pressured to rank the other site within a month and there is no time to set up another PBN. so I have no choice but to go with my existing PBN (or do I?)
I dont want to put both sites in the same PBN and risk losing them both. but I dont know what else to do. any ideas are welcome.
PS I cant use spyderspanker because I am not on wordpress.

Are both sites in the same niche?

for multiple money sites, build "general" PBN. It will help.

Making a niche targeted PBN for a single money site may prove to be too high a investment.

What kind of ahrefs blocking you did implement - robots.txt or .htaccess, etc? Post your code, maybe there is issue with it.

If site 1 and 2 are on different hosting ip's and your pbn only currently has obl to site 1 then I don't see an issue in adding links to site 2. Especially if the sites are related niche.

Maybe don't link to site 2 with all 15 of your pbn though, select 3 or 4 of the most powerful ones. In the mean time get your new pbn built and remove the links when it's ready
