    Hi guys!

I want to sell my offline+online business. I have a first meeting with potential buyer next week.
Can someone give me general tips on what to talk about at first meeting with potential buyer?

Just tell me about your experiences with selling your businesses and what did you talk about.

BTW it's my second such kind of meeting.

It may be the deal of my life if everything goes as I wish to.

So any kind of help/tips are welcomed.

    Thanks!

Make sure you sign an NDA with him before you talk about anything with him! Get a lawyer to help you forming a NDA don't find any template on the Internet that won't protect you the same way.

usually to start things off you would have had a NDA already signed. I would have already sent them details on the business, I would have verified they have a means to buying you out.

NO reason to meet with someone if they dont have funds nor be able to get them. I would not meet with someone if they have not already looked over my data. This just cuts the meetings in half and gets the ones that are tire kickers out of the way.

Best of luck with the sale
