So I found this .org.uk domain in the mental health niche a couple weeks ago, still had a PR4 on it. Expired sometime in early 2014. I registered and slapped 5 good unique articles on it.

    History looks clean, no abuse.

    DA 32 / PA 43
    TF 26 / CF 27

    AHREFS data:
    Number of domains - 159
    No. of links - 3.9K
    Referring subnets - 126

    Majestic data:
    Number of domains - 204
    No. of links - 4K
    Referring subnets: 165

Multiple links from Wikipedia (several languages), as well as from respected sites in the field.

Traffic: gets some 10 uniques a day from the links it has.

    Questions:
    1) your idea of this domain's SEO worth (but I don't really have a money site to point this to :))
    2) idea of commercial use: sell the domain vs. sell links on it? Price to ask in each case?
    3) other ideas of how to use it?

I will PM the domain name to users with good standing on the forum for review.

    1) The SEO worth is pretty decent if you ask me - especially considering you got it for reg fee! As for relevancy to a money site, you'd be able to put generic health articles on it too and still retain a sense of a "real" site.

    2) Head over to Acorn Domains and have a look there in their Website For Sale section - there is a domain with what I'd deem to be a similar SEO value for sale at £500 + VAT = £600. UK domains do tend to go for higher amounts it seems. If you were to sell links, in the right hands you could get £100 per post for it but it might have limited appeal being in the mental health sector.

    3) I'd have to see it to give you some more ideas.

PM me if you think my standing is high enough (I'm more well known on WF to be honest).

Wow, nice price tag. That Acorn Domains forum looks like a great place, as I have some .uk domains lying around, thanks for posting it here!

Yeah, it's indexed alright. It's already getting Google traffic from the articles I posted on it.
