Right, so I registered a domain awhile back, in the name of a game modding group. The only difference from their site and mine is the extension. They complained to my DNS Registrar, and they told him to complain to my hosting.

He claims I'm in violating of Section 4.b.iv of ICANN's Universal
    Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy

"(iv) by using the domain name, you have intentionally attempted to attract, for commercial gain, Internet users to your web site or other on-line location, by creating a likelihood of confusion with the complainant's mark as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your web site or location or of a product or service on your web site or location."

The thing is, I've had it clearly have it state on the front page of my website that I'm not them (the modding group), and I link to their site they can find them there.

I can simply switch over to Russian Hosting (typically this is how I host but I was trying something different), but if I did this - should I expect further trouble down the line? They have my name and home address. Or should I tell my host that I have a disclaimer right on the front page?

    Any advice guys?
