Okay so in a few weeks, a new roller coaster is opening in China. But anyway, people upload their POV videos. I have a decent sized base of people, 5k, but there's other companies with 80k subs. What do you recommend I put as my YouTube title/ description/ tags to rank #1 on YouTube and Google? The new ride is called Peter Pan pov, it will be located at Disneyland. For example, if you look up Peter Pan pov stuff already comes up (animations not the real thing) it hasn't been opened yet. Any advice?

First and last I can give you for now, never tell you niche and/or keyword you want to work on here. There is alot of lazy people looking for niches.

Good luck anyway, I can't help you sorry

    Elance,

There are a few things you can do to optimize your video for search engines. Use your target keywords in the title and description of the video. Choose an appropriate category for your video or the closest one if it doesn't fit neatly into pre-populated categories. One thing a lot of people miss is having the file name of their video be the targeted keyword or keyword phrase. So if your video is about how to fix a car and your target keyword phrase is car repair tips, an appropriate file name might be CarRepairTips.mov or Car_Repair_Tips.mov. Also, include your targeted keywords as well as other relevant keywords as tags for the video.

One tactic that may take some more time is generating backlinks to the video or having it embedded on other sites. If you own or manage web properties where the video would be relevant (such as a personal blog or Facebook page), embed the video on those sites immediately. Uploading your video file to other video sharing websites such as Vimeo, Daily Motion, or Veoh and using your target keywords in tags, descriptions and titles on those sites will help increase its visibility (although not on YouTube).

Backlink with wiki links and forum links and most importantly social backlinks and then feed it with views and likes and favs and you will see your video get boosted! Depends on keyword and how well it is backlinked whether it will be boosted to number 1 or not! Also most importantly it has to be good content or there is no point trying to rank it!
