Long story short. Was running a TV Show website that embedded megavideo episodes. Lawyers of this network tv show sent me a C&D letter to take down the material. I completely took down the site for about 3 months. Later rebuilt it to be an information website on the shows tv episodes. Basically I copy their wiki content.

Now I still get about 300 targeted visitors a day

    Question-
Would it be safe to link to a CPA offer which provides file downloads (music, videos, files, etc.)? Similar to graboid type stuff? Stating the visitor can download the episode there?

Risk Assessment. You're playing with fire. You gotta be making a boatload of money real fast since they already have your number. They're probably not going to mess around the second time. If you're in a different country than they are, if you're on a different server with a different IP address than before, if you've never divulged the same Who Is info on this site as the previous one, you might be able to pull it off but it's risky.

Your right, its best to play it safe. I have too much to risk over what I could make with this.

I guess my best bet would be try and get a netflix affiliate

As others mentioned, risk vs. reward, and chances are this site isn't even close to making that type of money. Take a look where the Megaupload guys are today, and look at how much cash they had/have.

This niche is dying, and dying quickly.....
