I know everything doesn't work for everyone. However, before I start going down that path, I'd like to know what kind of offers converts best for facebook ppc. I would presume that the facebook users are not in a buying mood, so free CPA offers probably suits them best. Maybe dating offers? I'd really appreciate some insights from experienced members who tried fb ppc.

If you're planning on running a normal PPC advertisement on FB, I wouldn't recommend any ads that send people away from the facebook ecosystem. Keep them there. Make a FB page, and use the PPC to get likes on that page. People are more willing to click "Like" instead of the actual ad headline i think, cuz it's unobtrusive and doesn't stop them from doing what they're doing.

Once you've got the likes, you can start sharing cool images/content and then use promoted posts every now and then to promote your free CPA offers. I tend to see a lot of dating ads on FB so might be something worth looking into for you.

    Hope this helps

Get a squeeze page and start piling up the subscribers. Facebook is the ultimate power tools to laser-target your audience to get crazy CTR's, and in the same time, very low CPC. I have managed to have clicks for 0.01$ many times on Facebook PPC

Analyse and focus on getting targeted traffic that converts into subscribers, then buyers, then customers!

You can make money sending people off facebook, but it can be difficult. You just have to test things out.

It's not just the offers you choose, but the targeting. Nothing is set in stone, there are no offers that are guaranteed to work for everyone.

That's exactly what I said in the OP. I was actually trying to find out other people's experiences.

For me health related product worked best . Its all about your ad copy , if you can catch the attention of user you can get them to subscribe to your list and buy from your affiliate link as well . Those were really good days .

for Facebook PPC - copy writing is probably the best guidance someone could give you... It's all about how you write your ads, secondly what you are offering and then thirdly and finally whether or not the copy in the advertisement was clear enough to initiate conversion\action.

Alright. By the way, you think it's best to use free offers like email/zip submits or to use paid products?

Not true that you can't sell on FB. you just need to know your audience.
