Yeah but if you don't have good conversions, they will take what money you earned and convert you to a percentage account.
One of my aff programs (Big Church) just converted me and kept $250 that I had earned.

my conversion rates are: 154 uniques per FREE member
way below the 20 per signup that they want and im still on paid per free signup after all of that so ya know... a quick email to them saying sorry and if they convert you then you will leave usually shuts em up
