I have a fb account I am using to sell various items through fb. I can see a lot of people doing this. This fb account doesn't have my real name and the name I put in it is the name of my store. Today fb blocked my account asking me to verify my account ownership by identifying my friends. The problem is I couldn't do this cause I don't know most of the people personally that is friends with this account. Most of the people are my customers. I have been using this account for about 3 months now.

Now my question, is there a possible way to recover my account? I already submitted my ID to them but I'm afraid that it won't help me cause obviously the name on the ID and on the account are not the same.

How did this happen? Could it be possible that someone reported my account?

    Calling fb could help me?

Any other advice? Is there some services doing this kind of service?

I really need this account. I have accumulated quite a number of customers on this account and my business will be back to zero if I can't recover this account.

    Hoping someone could help me.

Recovering a blocked accounts is almost impossible but there's a slight chance that it might just work. Contacting such a large organization and expecting a response from them is quite unlikely. However, if it's really that important to you then you can try contacting them and see if they can do anything for you.

Ok so my best choice here is to try to call them.

Try to contact them but there's only a small chance that they will reply on your inquiry.

Other than that, that's a bit of a problem since you're using a fake name. The ID purposes is to verify who you claim to be. In your case, your ID and FB name is not the same so that's a problem.

Calling them will be a waste of time. Even contacting them via the support channels etc takes forever. Your best idea is to look at some of the methods people have put here yo identify the friends. It can be time consuming as you dont have a list of them but can be done. There are ways using 2 accounts and 2 computers. How many friends are there? You might though have a problem now that you sent an ID in which now clearly lets them know the account is fake.

I have done this technique before when I have tried fb marketing and created a fake fb account. This is not possible in this case cause the account is not visible on other's fb account. I tried searching for this account on my main account and it doesn't exist anymore. I also tried searching it using my wife's fb and it's the same.

I guess my best bet here is to try and try the photo verification as I still know many friends on this account. But the majority of it is just random people adding me because of my business.

Thats what I meant. You will just have to try and search in FB the names of the friends it puts up for you and try and be quick. There are a couple of methods listed here than involves takling a screenshot of the pics fb asks you to recognise as they dont change the names for the pics. So after a few goes you will start to know who is who.
