Need advice - Best FB Content Manager?

Please help me out - looking for a content manager with FB.

  • Post/schedule posts
  • Run ads with all targeting and selections available
  • Will not bother FB.
BONUS if it has API and is programmable.

On another note, do these content managers present risks? Like content schedulers? Or is FB okay with it?

try Social pilot, it will publish and post images for multiple pages within FB , get insights and intuitive inforamtion of your account and page performances. Use morelogin to create account and make edits on your fb posts alongisde other uses
 
You can custom-build your own bots to have all those features available. There are few programs out there but they don't have all you require.
 
You can try Later - a nice service for social media management, you can run several FB accounts there
 
I would say to try the social pilot one. It will post automatically in multiple accounts.
