Need Access to the Email account used for my Domain's Whois Privacy

Hi, I'm looking for help please..

My domains with Whois privacy, are expiring in 2 weeks.. but the current Registrar is not responding.
I tried transfer the 1st domain, and they ignored the transfer email.

So, I need access to the Email account listed as the Admin Contact on the Whois database - Can someone help please?
It's a private email... not gmail, hotmail etc.

I can pay with paypal, bitcoin etc.
