I think its because of DB cache that i used on my site, cause when i activated the

Now i cant deactive it because i cant navigate teh site so i logged to the ftp nd
deleted the plugin but the problem is still showing up, so how can i fix this?

    What?
You can upload original db.php file from your hard to your server, just replace the old one. Or any file that you think you messed up.

Does anyone know the best way to edit the html in a post?
I mean using Notepad++ or something similar.
I hope the OP does not mind me asking on his thread

Change the plugin folder from FTP, this will deactivate plugin auto. If doesn't work delete files from the folder and leave it empty.

Just upload and replace a new wp-admin folder if you think that's the problem. Or just upload and replace any other file/folder causing the problem.
