Hi there. What I am looking to do is fairly straightforward and simple. I'm looking to create a review website where customers can publish written reviews about a company or service that I choose. I'm reaching out to a lot of different developers to get quotes on this project. I've worked with a lot of different developers before on projects so I know what to expect and how this works. I'm a fairly easy client to work with and try to lay out what I require in writing so there is no confusion throughout the project. I am going to need you to be explicit in what you will do for the site, as I will be explicit in what I require. This way there is no confusion or disagreement further down the line. I would prefer a developer that is straightforward and lays out specifically what they're going to do in a written fashion so we can both agree to it.

The feel that I am going for is something like scamgroup . com / 155 / omni-tech-support

You'll notice on this site that it is a larger site with sub companies. My site will have this above site as the landing page where all the reviews are written about that one service or company. I am looking for a similar feel to this site. It's minimalist, clean and easy to follow for every age. I am not looking to duplicate this site exactly, but instead create a similar site where customers can write and leave reviews for a particular service. You'll notice at the bottom of the website is a spot where you can write your own review.

    What I require is:

Similar look and feel -- minimalist but nice looking. New age looking. A design that is up-to-date. The brighter yellow on a pale yellow looks nice and sets the reviews apart. I would like to use blues instead of the yellow. I like the date next to the stars of the review. The way this looks is very clean and easy to follow. This doesn't have to have the same format, but needs to be as clean looking and have similar flow.

Where it says SCAM GROUP up at the top left, will be a different logo and text for the website, example "Tech Support 24/7 Reviews and Complaints." I do not need the search function. Where it says "Report Scam" it would be nice to say "Write your Review!" This way customers will be able to click here to take them to a review page to type their review. I would also like there to be two other buttons like this, one being News and the other being Contact us. So across the top with the title, there will be contact us, news, and Write your Review (landing page.)

The banner that says "We will hunt you down. . ." can be left there and I will come up with a graphic to use in place of what is there. I like the way it looks having something there, such as a call to action of some sort. I will probably use this as some sort of an advertisement or call to action.

Do not need the social media stuff or map. In place of this I would like a text box on the left to write SEO optimized material (H1, h2. h3 headings and text SEO Optimized) about the website. On the right I would like a review box like what's on the bottom of the page. Notice theirs says Review Title, Your Rating, Review Details, Attach Photos, Confirmation Code, and Submit. I would like it to simply be, Name, Email Address, Review Title, Your Rating, Your Review, Captcha, Submit.

The reviews, I would like to use Rich Snippets, so that Google will understand it's a review page and pick up the totality of the reviews. I'm not sure how this works exactly, but I know there are plugins available that manage this aspect.

The footer at the bottom, I would like it to be clean and have the page numbers to check out the other review pages, as well as the Contact Us and News links. The news page will be able to have blog posts or news articles posted to it. And the contact us page will be a basic contact form and text box about the website, similar to the index page text box.

I will need the ability to administer the reviews and add them to the site somehow. I would like blues to be used instead of yellow. Whatever language we do this in, I will need the basic SEO stuff, analytic etc. installed.

To summarize, the site will have a similar look and feel as the one listed above. It will have three pages, a Landing Page (page that has reviews,) a Contact Page, and a News (blog posting) page. Cleanliness and functionality are important. I would also like this website to work on mobile and tablets as well. It will need to be 100% functional on IE, Chrome, Fire Fox, Apple, Android, and Windows.

The site will also need to be zipped up (with all the plugins themes and what not) and able to be installed with instructions. I will need to implement it over a few different websites. So we will be creating a dummy website that I can go back in and fill in the important details for each implementation.

I am open to different ideas and I know that there are a lot of word press plugins that might make this pretty easy and cost effective. Let me know what you guys have in mind and we can go from there. Functionality is key. I'm under the impression there are lots of cheap themes that can be used and then cheap plugins for word press that can be used and just need to be tweaked to work for what I got. Realistically, I am not looking to hire the top of the line developer that is an ace at this and charges $1,000+ dollars. My budget is small, and I would prefer to work with an easy going, newer developer that is looking to add things to his portfolio. That does not mean I am looking for someone to do this for free. I am looking to find a capable person that is newer to the game and doesn't charge quite as much as these 50/hr dev's.

Can you please provide me with a price for doing this and how much time you think it will take? How do you accept payment? What payment procedure do you prefer? Also, please provide me with some actual portfolio work that you've created. If you don't have it, that is okay, we can work around that. If you do submit portfolio work, make sure it's yours. I will check it. There are a lot of "developers" out there, and a lot of bad clients. We both need to protect ourselves to make a seamless and working relationship.

Let me know, and if you have any questions, I can be reached at 36O-92I-2O66 or my PM or you can message me your skype information. I do not plan on providing specific email addresses and other personal information until we narrow down what developer I hire. So, after reading this, give me a call with specific questions, or email me with what we can do. A written proposal specifically, or some more questions about the project. I appreciate all of your time and look forward to speaking to you.

    Thanks,

    Joe
