I am looking for a WP form where I can change the form action to let me call a PHP script that lets me use the POST method to send the form data to my MySQL database using a PHP script. It seems that all the Wordpress forms simply use email to send you the form data.

Any decent form plugins, perhaps ones that I can get from this site?

    Thanks,

    - Joe

    How about something like this
    wordpress.org/plugins/visual-form-builder/

It says it stores all data in your WP db. There are also 100 other plugins that do the same thing. I have one going on a site of mine but I'm on a tablet right now so I can only do so much.

That may do the trick! I will take a look. Thanks for the quick reply.

Hmmm, not sure about that. It looks like it stores only the form entries in the DB, but not the form submission fields! I am working through this plugin now, and nowhere do I see where I can set the form action and method = "POST".

    Anyone else have any suggestions?
