    with all it's futures.

    Like, flash IP detection, java IP detection. I think he's java detection is not working but there is one out there working for sure and so on. I would like a site exactly like the one above if possible.

    I could pay in cash or private proxies how ever you guys want, ofcourse I would prefer in proxies :p

    I don't have a budget, the project it's pretty much straight forward PM with prices and I'll choose the cheapest probably :)
