Hey, I've got the opportunity to partner with a couple in Florida with a new business, they originally hired me out for video creation but they want to leave their current partner who does the optimization for them.
From what I've seen of what he showed me they were doing it seems they just set up a Google places listing for the business then upload multiple instances of the video with various keywords in each title/description and then use either a service like pixeltube or a SEO program like SeNuke X to blast out the vids to various video sites and get the video up on to first/second page.
They currently have a turnaround time of about 7-8 days until the listings start popping up on 1st page.
This is time sensitive, he wants an answer within 24 hours. If this is something you can do for under $150 then it should be a steady flow of business for you.

They are set up to start selling and pushing clients our way this week.
