Need a vimeo account creator/video uploader...

Hmm.

I need a VIMEO account creator and video uploader program...

Is there anyone in here who might be up to trying this?

I have seen some very strict reponses from YouTube in the past 4 months and I believe that the old YouTube as I know it is going away slowly.

Hence, I would like to start on Vimeo in the same manner.

need it to...

-create accounts
* Name Field
* Email Field
* Password Field
* Terms acknowledgement checkbox
* supress vimeo popup
* Tab to load an email account from gmail and perform email verification if a catch-all forwarding account is used to register and forward to it (or other methodology)
-upload videos
-upload avatar pics randomly from a specified directory


I am not sure what language it would need to be written in...

But in any case...

That's what I was wondering. Anyone want to give it a shot?

Have any idea what it would cost?
