Need a Site Builder - Pays Well

This will need to be a 5-6 page site for which I will send you a file with ALL scripts, theme, content, etc. It's basically a turn-key site that just needs to be put together but it does involve some slightly advanced coding/programming. I'll supply detailed explanations and instructions of what I need in a notepad file.

Please don't waste either of our time if you aren't familiar with SQL or anything more advanced than your basic Wordpress blog building. Payments will need to be paid upon seeing progress being done to the project - a small startup payment will be provided. We can agree on a price for the completed site after you've read the detailed instructions I provide - but I'll pay the right person very well.
