Need a Service: Turn a expired domain into a functioning WP site

I own several expired domains. It is on my list to build sites for these domains so that they are available to be put to use, but I never seem to get around to it - too many other things to do. Is there anyone out there who could start with a fresh WP install on a VPS and build a site that could be useful, a turnkey solution, content, theme, graphics, etc? Repeat business (more sites to build) for the right person. Start with one lower PR site as a test.
