Need a review for my membership options for my dating website.

Hey guys so I have been on BHW for almost a month and I have been reading people posts and comments here for 3 weeks straight almost everyday.

Finally I have taken the initiative to do something for my self and make money (hopefully)

I am on my journey on designing memberships for my dating website with a specific niche and I would appreciate any feedback on this.

Note that I am using some dating plugin and I can not edit much out of these scopes.
