Hello,
Happy new year to everyone!

Need a little help, suggestion. Working with the content some of which may be DMCA protected and some of it may have the link to my website.
The content will be posted on other websites trough vps+vpn so no linkage to me there.
My website will be hosted on a vps that i will buy from one of this forum members for 12$/year, i previously worked with the vps that cost so little in the past and i wasnt dissapointed with performance. However the stuff that i was doing in those vps (websites) were all legal. Thats why i looked for DMCA ignoring provider.
My websites content WON`T have ANY DMCA content or ANY illegal content for that matter, but i still want dmca vps just in case.
I have worked everything out and my only weak linkage in this chain is DOMAIN.
I was thinking of going with namecheap since i was using them in the past and had no problems, plus they offer free whois protection, but since im dealing with DMCA content they might not be the best option.
Only the content that i will post on other websites might be DMCA protected so i should be fine even if i go with something like namacheap, still... i would preffer to be hidden.
Does anyone know any reliable provider here or somewhere else where i could get a domain from that wouldnt care about DMCA ?

njal.la but no politcal
porkbun
offshorededi
yohost.org
Thanks for the list,
Looked up njal.la and they seem to be the best for my project.
porkbun only offers free whois and thats about it ?
offshorededi - either im blind or they only offer hosting, i dont see domains

See find sites similar to your idea in Google and see what they are using and for how long. For hosting simply go for the good reverse proxy server.

TLDs that are governed by ICANN can be suspended even if you buy them from a registrar that claims to ignore DMCA.
You can't buy the regular ones like .com, .net etc. Go with .io, .to kinda TLDs.

what I know, .to websites have not been taken down. however, tonic gave away the register's information and thats it

I have a question on court order and DMCA

Why the domains of websites like pdfdrive.com or b-ok.cc are not receiving any court orders, why are they working smoothly? I have seen many website there domains get blocked permanently if they post copyright books or other stuffs in long run.

But I didn't find out the reason why these domains are not blocked against DMCA content.

Anyone who has experience about this please answer.

everything depends on the country the domain is based in and the domain owner
