I need a splash page / gateway for a cpa offer. I am going to be running an ad, but i need a landing page for the clicks to go to before it goes to the cpa landing page... (auto redirect not allowed).
So I have a small banner ad, and would like that to be the basis of my landing page, pretty, with a call to action.
Would do myself but photoshop is not my friend!
$5-$10 budget.
