I need to activate my product in PayDotCom, so I need somebody to buy my product for $1. You will get a quick buck, which means $1, for 10 sec of work. Must be verified paypal account.
So I will pay you $2, one for the product, and one for your small work.

He just asked for someone to buy the product he was selling, activating his account. In return he would double what you paid.
