Need a pop up software. Please advice.

I would like to know if there is a software for html sites like optin bar and premium list magnet. I was planning to buy one of them and I noticed that they are for wordpress sites.

There are plenty of free scripts out there. The best ones are created in Javascript. Beyond the fact that there are free ones many of these include step by step tutorials on how to create them. Was there a specific sample of a popup style that you had in mind?

If there are free, I would like to know where to find them. I know opt in bar and premium list magnet. But they are for wordpress sites. I even used pop up dominator but it was weird on my site. If I could find one like pop up dominator that work on html sites like xsitepro sites, that would be really good!
