Well I have been a looker of BHW for sometime and while I have tried small stuff and made some quick cash I decided that it's time to move on and why not I have the essentials.

I have my own servers, I am a professional web designer, know wordpress like the best, have some money to invest, know seo and most of all I have time to kill.

So I'm looking for a idea or suggestion for something that will payout good even if it takes a bit to get there.

I am willing to donate $5-10 bux to whomever can suggest something worth while. Yes I know there are hundreds of things posted but if you know and use a certain method and would like to explain it to me throughly I am willing to donate even more.

Like the idea of a niche blog but whats taking in leads right now?

Please no ewhoring or adult stuff. I already do that and I'm sick of the pervs. I want something bh/wh that can make money and can last.

No one is going to tell you any decent money making tactic for 5 dollars. Everything you could need is here on the forum (mostly for free). Search by 5 star rated threads and you will find some massive goldmines.

Could you please explain how to search '5 star rated' threads? I clicked search and advanced search and I'm not seeing anything...what am I missing?
 
Here's what you can do as professional web designer:
1) Find a niche. Doesn't matter if it's wholesale nail plish.
2) Buy an expred/expiring domain that relates to that niche with PR2+
3) Design a custom WP Template that has a backlink to your website in the footer.
4) Add content, etc. Add product reviews, whatever you can do to monetize it.
5) Enjoy the cash as it rolls in.
 
Thanks but I am being helpful. I'm trying to save you money from the people who will PM you and want money for tactics already on the forum.

Like jekashi's post, tactics like that have been posted numerous times.

You could also buy a domain that is already making money, then work on SEO and ramp it up. Anyhow, good luck and you can feel free to PM or IM me if you have any questions.
 
Launch a website with all of your skills, I hope you will get customers soon.
 
if you got mad skills with WP, why not create Premium Templates and sell em online,
like studiopress or themeforest

Pure WH money. lol

and oh yea, once you got that done, don't forget to put it in BHW DSN lol.
