Need a Mentor / One on One training to get into the business of site flipping

Hello,

I'm looking for an patient, honest individual who can hold my hand if you will from start to finish on the creation of the site (including how to use adsense effectively) and to the first sale of the site (site flipping safely). I'm a fast learner and already have experience with wordpress site building. I'm not looking to make a huge amount of money at first. I'd be happy with making at least $500/mo.

A few of us have shared a number of good ideas for site flipping and I know at least 2 of us flip full time.

I have meatheads1234 product and I highly recommend it ( I know he has a
spooky avatar, but just ignore this , he is actually very nice). His book is full
of insights and very detailed. There is also a members forum where you can
get help or if you like. Lastly meathead and his partner also do mentoring,
ask him yourself, but of course you will have to invest a bit more!

I have to agree with this. Killer Flipping Secrets (meatheads product) is the best course on site flipping that I've read. I believe there's a BST thread on here that gives you a special price for buying through BHW.

You can hire a mentor and 1 on 1 training if you want, but I think for the price, you're better off getting Meathead's product and learning through there. I don't know what others charge, but I know I do $100 per hour for consulting and that's the same price as Killer Flipping Secrets so in the beginning, buying the course is a better value for you.

The forum is also a pretty good source of info as well.

Not to mention that Mentoring and/or Personal coaching is NOT allowed to be requested or offered on the board.
