Need A member ship site set up

Hello, I need a membership site set up, and a couple of landing pages made

use amember and set it up yourself?

Yeah I should have been more clear, onlinewizard.net is what I need it to look like and onlinewizard.net/members/login.php is what I want the back end to look like, I'm not fully retarded I have BM2.0 and I can set it up but I just cannot get the templates right(note I have spent hours with templates and have nothing to show for it.)

It would really help If someone could tell me what script this guy used such as amember?
The best help would be what billing system does he use as I would not want to use paypal b/c I will get to many refunds with that right?
