I need a legal document drafted for a business to business agreement. Looking for someone with experience and willing to pay $25 to $50 for this. Doesn't need to be long just needs to be transparent for my old school client. Show me some samples!. Looking to get this done within 24 hours.

Well, depends on the type of service/transaction it is, you can pretty take a template, modify what you need, and use it at no cost. Pretty straight forward and simple.

If you need to have something drafted, hire a lawyer, not someone here. Just a piece of advice.

Contracts need to be worded carefully and be tailored specifically to the service you are providing. Anyone who PMs you and tells you they can do it without knowing more details is lying so ignore them.

For example, a contract written with this level of grammar would make you look very unprofessional
As original poster said, you can find good templates for free online and then make some changes.

Another option would be to check out the websites of companies in the same line of business and use their contracts - many companies have their TOBs on their websites.

Failing that you could email them and ask them to send you their TOBs - most companies would do so.

OP, unless you use a solicitor/lawyer then chances are high that the contract will be worthless.
Legal meaning and the interpretation by a layman can be two very different things.
You can probably get something simple knocked up but should you need to go to court it may prove more expensive in the long run.
How much is the deal for? If it is a low figure then use one of the many ready made templates online, if it is for $xxxxx then get professional legal advice.

Is it meant to be legally binding or more like a memorandum of understanding? Which country?
