Need a HUGE favor...someone, anybody

I ordered this fiverr gig and he was supposed to upload them and every thing to my site but didnt anybody can do this favor for me..here is what he said do

Hello Sir,
I have finished the order and attached the files in the attachment. Please create a database with name dinksta_123 with a username dinksta_admin with all the privilages to alter the above database. please configure the wordpress-config.php according to the database. Once, it is done, kindly add the attached files to wordpress content folder.

Hopefully you haven't left a review yet. If you haven't, threaten with a negative and make him complete the job. Sounds like you need to do some stuff on your own end though, since he doesn't have access to create the db he requested.

a review on fiverr can be modified or deleted all together

well if the work is good and u just want to check if it works for sure..

u need to create a database in your mysql with the said username and password or another one of your choice in that case u need to edit the config file he mentioned. then upload the files he created to your hosting directory and try to access the correct php file.

i would never goto 5er as many scammers and script kiddies will want to have a go at me.. id prefer freelancer or odesk anyday

Now is a good time for you to do a little learning of your own. Do you know whether you have a cpanel or not? If you do, adding a database is as simple as going to http://yourdomain.com/cpanel - logging in and then selecting MySQL databases - creating the database mentioned above and the user. Then you must Add the user to that user to the database (both drop down boxes, just select them) and then give that user all the permissions.

Once that is done, you have to upload the wordpress files to the html directory (if it was designed to be the default website for that domain). Then as he said, edit the wordpress-config.php with the info you created. (you MUST remember the password that you created for your user so you can include it in the config).

The time you spend in doing this will free you from having to always pay someone else to create a simple worpress site for you. After that, you can learn more advanced stuff.
