Need a HTML/PHP Person, small coding needed on webpage!

Hi,

I need a HTML/PHP person for hire and fast, job is really easy

Basic email,name and phone number forwarding to second page with checking that phone number is 10 numbers and email has @ in it and etc. Also there should be double meta-refresh from submit page to iframe page...

Also when a person goes to the webpage there should be random number generated and aslo copied to third page, somewhat subid or etc...

Oh and forgot simple code that counts towards 0 and I can set the number, nothing has to happen after this, just count towards 0
