Need A Html Form Creator Of A Certain Type.

I used to use a html form creator that you could enter your email address into, and every time it was submitted it would send you a email with the info.

I cant seem to find it anymore.


Anybody know of a tool that is similar to what I described?

Google Docs! it's that simple just click on "new" and click on forms and if you don't want to do that go to formsmarts.c0m

You can go to webformdesigner.com. You can download their WYSIWYG form designer. It creates the javascript web form that you can paste into your web page.

It used to be free to use their "form-to-email service", but now you have to pay a one-time fee of $5.00. Then you can create as many forms as you want and use their service which allows your visitors to sign up Then their name and email is forwarded to you.

This is probably the one you are talking about. There is no PHP involved. Strictly javascript.
