need a host without prolems

Hello everyone, So i was planning on making a game download website.. picked the domain and for host ive chosen hostgator . Was really a bad choice as their TOS is very strict and their customer service took me 4 hours to figure out my domain was inappropriate which resulted in shutting down my account right after paying for the host. Anybody can recommend me a good host that doesnt care about hosting copyright infrigment domain?
