In need of a complete sports betting website like bet365/1xbet.
Needs to be connected to an api that will pull latest matches for soccer, basketball, tennis and odds as well.
Needs to have a login page where a user can login and have their own balance.
Accounts for the website can be only created by the site admin, which needs to have his own dashboard where he can monitor the accounts and their winnings/losses as well as add balance to the accounts. No payment system or account creation (from the client side) is required.
Website should be able to run itself, the admin should only just manage the accounts and their winnings and losses.
