Exactly like DP said, there is no such thing any such host that claims there to be is a host that you can't trust.

Have you looked at co-location with Rackspace? I think you're able to "build" your own server (remember to include the 1 TB hd!) and have Rackspace just put it in their rack

I'm sure there are other co-location services available, but this is the first one that came to mind.

I have a "PerfectServer XXL - Opteron" server for $249 at Serverloft.com that is great .. Take a look at their website.

If you're looking for "unlimited bandwidth" then what you need is a dedicated line. FastServ is one company that offers dedicated lines and has good support.

there's good german hosting company which has something like unlimted traffic.
1k gb on 100mbit, if much more than that it's reduced to 10mbit, but you'll ever stay online
if you want more than 1kgb they charge like 0.009 c per gb or something like that.

hetzner.de ( maybe there's a english site as well, payments per paypal possible )
for root starting 49 euro, dedicated consideringly less.

i had a root there for 59 per month, and i was quite satisfied with everything

Thanks for all the help, Sorry should have made this clear it is for seeding torrents there is no copyright infringement the torrents are fake but with real names so the server will be better off-shore then there is no problems..

Thanks
