Need A Coder For Toolbar...

For the past couple nights I have been pondering on the thought about creating a toolbar... This toolbar is a tool which updates the user on ways to make money in niche areas so kind of like you input a niche and it comes back with recent options within that niche to make money. It is sort of hard to explain without letting the idea go here in the thread but I know this would help users earn more...

I am looking for a coder to create this toolbar / plugin... someone with experience because I want this to be an ongoing project including a site etc eventually which I can build myself for the project.
