Need A Cheap USA Based Host

Site will only be 5-20 pages total. Estimated monthly visitors 100-2000 max. I simply need a cheap USA based host that is preferably under 3$ per month and wont suck.

• Was gonna try hostwinds but heard bad stuff
• need a service that allows monthly or quarterly payments, no locked in for 1 year type deal

Anyone got any good hosts they use that fit this criteria? Thanks

Works great for static HTML sites, if you really want to use Wordpress for your site -- run the Wordpress somewhere else (local computer?) and export the site as static HTML files.

With Amazon S3 you just pay for the storage $0.03 per GB per month (first 15GB free), and the bandwidth used $0.12 per GB (first 1GB free). I'm hosting literally hundreds of sites using this method and it costs me $12 a month.
