Need a BLACKHAT Programmer. | Scammers need not apply. | BIG Budget

Hi guys, I am/was having a massively unique, DEADLY script written that is blackhat. The problem is my coder's office was robbed! hardware, not the software. So he has to deal with police crap for awhile, and he advised me to get someone else, which is exactly what I am going to do, as I cannot wait a month for this to continue being worked on.

The script is about 75% done, but that is only the basic function, there are a lot of features I want implemented. I was paying the guy $2000 to write the script. I need someone skilled with php and knows blackhat and how CPA offers work. I want quality work, but wouldnt mind cheaper .

Please post if you want to take on the project, this program will be the next big thing to hit CPA out there.. getafreelancer sucks balls they dont know squat about CPA or what I want to do. if you are familiar with iframing offers, that would help, but not necessary (no, there is no iframing).

oh PS I will be making a NDA for anyone that i agree (at my discretion) to see what is being done/implemented. this is BHW, cant risk my ass! if you cant agree to that, than you are shady to begin with! if you are infamiliar, an NDA is a NonDisclosure Agreement, so you do not blurt out what I am doing to others (Unless I want you to!!). Most professional freelancers do them/have them signed. Thanks!

I'm from the US. An NDA is fine. I may be relatively new around here, but come on. Anyone who agrees to do this work for you without seeing what he's working on first can't guarantee he can complete it. If I'm picking up another programmers work, I'm not saying I can do it until I see it. What if it's a complete mess? What if he said it was PHP and it's Perl? There's so many good reasons for asking that question, so don't go assuming.
