Nedd some help from a programmer (I think) I have some API issues

Well long story short, I have a blog that is aggregating rss feeds etc etc. Well one of the options I have for the plug-in is to add a custom template to the posts the plug in in aggregating.

The input boxes are called. "Key" and "Value"

Not supposedly you are supposed to be able to add certain links, words etc. at the end of every automatic post.

I need to know what API code I need to put into my "Key" and "Value" tables to get the following result.

Any help is appreciated guys.
