There's always threads about starting an offshore company to get around the high tax of your current nation, but for many on here that loophole isn't as easy to setup since some nations restrict their residents and/or citizens from using the loophole. Some of them may actually have to have officers and an office and not too much passive income.

    CFC List(From 2012 couldn't find more recent) :
    Argentina
    Australia
    Brazil
    Canada
    China
    Denmark
    Egypt
    Estonia
    Finland
    France
    Germany
    Hungary
    Iceland
    Indonesia
    Israel
    Italy
    Japan
    Korea
    Lithuana
    Mexico
    New Zealand
    Norway
    Portugal
    South Africa
    Spain
    Sweden
    Turkey
    United Kingdom
    United States
    Venezuela

More countries may have the rules and the ones listed may have had changes in the amount that determines if something is a CFC

For those living in the EU, this is some important news I found about CFCs. It looks like they are going to be cracking down hard within the next couple of years.

"Within the EU, the new Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD) requirement on CFCs will mean …

that the 14 or so Member States currently without CFC rules will need to introduce them and"

There are better but not on a Blackhat forum and not on a public forum at all! And if you only have 100$ you better use that to invite your Girlfriend for dinner then spend time on finding loopholes with a offshore company!

Otherwise I total agree with OP. The time for offshore companies for tax evasion is over! It requires something more to get this done!
