Got this from Google this morning. Only worried about Namecheap on the list.
One or more of the passwords stored in your Google Account was found in a data breach from a site or app that you use.
Might want to change your passwords.

Yes its sort of as safe as anything can be.
The password was flagged because I use a gmail account for NameCheap
It seems that Namecheap had a data leak and Google picked up on it.

I'm quite sure only these sites were affected, might want to change passwords for these sites only and if you use the same or similar on all sites (highly unrecommended), then change them all. Google encrypts passwords, however, nothing is 100% unbreachable, but I doubt anyone would use a huge amount of resources (depending on password strength) to decrypt some random guy's password.

That's not what it means. The alert means your password/email combo was reused somewhere else and was caught up in a data dump. Doesn't necessarily mean namecheap itself was compromised. If your not using a randomly generated password on every single service your doing it wrong. Password managers are great for this too.

Edit:

This is mine (mine looks scary but all these sites are dead or use the same throwaway password. This is about 10+ years of disposable logins lol)
