I don't think so atm. You can try use WGSPECIAL to renew WhoIsGuard for 99cent. However if you have 50+ domains with Namecheap, you can ask in their forum to activate special coupon for register, renew, reactivate and transfer (I think it was GOLDDEAL, just ask them to activate it on your account)

    hope it helps :)

    cheers!

I can't remember ever seeing NameCheap domains this cheap. They're even covering the ICANN fees. They rarely have many discount offers for domains. GoDaddy doesn't have specials this cheap except for the occasional $.99 offers.

Take advantage while you can. ;)

Does that occasional $.99 offers from Godaddy come with free WhoIsGuard? I have some domains with godaddy but then switched to namecheap because they offer free WhoIsGuard :D

Have a few domain names expiring from a different service, this transfer discount is awesome. Almost have my 50 domains to see what the special is then.

No, godaddy doesn't offer free whoisguard with any of their domains. At least not that I've ever seen.

Something to remember is that the namecheap 'free' whoisguard with the new domain name is ONLY for the first year. Then you have to pay for it from then on. But it's STILL alot cheaper than godaddy.

Worked for me on Friday - went back for more today and it was over. Wonder if the "supplies" have been exhausted - or if they will only let you do 1 order.

they have a special coupon code for users with more than 50 domains. but you have to ask them to enable it to your account from their forums.

    Code:

It has been expired. I was lucky because I moved some domains right before the expiry

God dammit. Any other working coupon codes? I only need a single domain, but unfortunately my Visa giftcard only has $8 on it.

    Damn ...

They said it would end on Sept 30th and never mentioned that it would expire after a certain number were sold at those prices (tho I could understand why).

At least GoDaddy says at the beginning ... "or until limit is reached".

Oh well .. It WAS a great deal while it lasted. I needed to get 10 more today but too late, I guess.

Well ... over to godaddy. At least I can get them for $7.67 each for .com

    Sorry NameCheap!

Figures, I was waiting to get paid so that I could order a bunch of domains. Just tried this coupon and it no longer works haha guess I'll just have to pay full price :(

I bought several domain names from 1and1 that are renewing soon.

I've never transferred to a different registrar.

Is it difficult to transfer domain names, say, from 1and1 to namecheap?

    Any advantages/diadvantages other than price?
