Can you share more details? This is very concerning. How bad were you spamming the domain(s)? Did you have other complaints before?

I think this happened to me once with them too, even though I've read in the past that godaddy does that (but me personally never had prob with them of this kind)
NC changed my nameservers to something like ns1.mydomainf32fj23fjak.com ... No notice, no alert, nothing, just like that...

    I was like dafuq...

They should prove that you spammed, otherwise everyone can fire up GSA scrapebox or xrumer and take down competitor NC sites proof would be for example same IP from which originated spam and then you logged in to your account from same IP. I advice to take legal action against them, this is nothing more but plain ridiculous shit, imagine you have domain which brings million per year and some dumbass kid do some scrapebox blast to your domain and they shut down your million dollar domain. What kind of spam it was? Email spam? Link building spam?

Look for bullet proof domain registrars in China.

Can you explain what you did exactly? Never heard of something like this before.

Are you hosted with them too, or just domain registered?

i host my site on other hosting, i spam heavily, around 100k links a day, but why these motherfuckers ruin my business, i lost money because my site is down, transfering domain takes around 7 days, they don't even respond on my ticket for all day

I have lot of domains registered with NC, many of them are spammed with Xrumer + GSA, never got any issue.

Never seen anyone getting their account banned just for spamming.

very weird, NC is registrar I use the most and I tested some really dirty techniques with domain registered with them- nothing wrong happened. I hope there is another reason for that and not just spamming, because tbh it's hard to prove whether you spamed the domain or someone did NSEO on you

Post the email you got from them so we can see their exact reason for blocking you.

Are you sure it's not one of the site owners that might have reported you for spamming their sites?

I know most of the time they will send complaints to the webhosting company (or the proxy provider) that you're using. If the proxy/webhost provider didn't respond to their complaint, they probably just contacted the domain registrar.

It does not take 7 days to transfer a domain. It should be able to be done in under 1 hour.
