Namecheap first year hosting for less than a domain's cost

    The prices are great, I got one when the had a special birthday promo and it's decent.
    One website get 3-5 minutes of downtime per week, but for these prices you can get lower stats :)

    I used namecheap for domains usually i would love to see other opinions how they work as hosting provider.

    As domain they are great.

    Great price but if you're going to use this on a site that makes money then I would advise looking somewhere else IMO.

    Bought their VPS before and had tons of problems. Support was great but the problems I had with my server wasn't worth the price I was paying for.

    I have my VPS elsewhere as well, so not going to say anything about that. The shared is worth the cheap yearly fee for the first year, that's all.

    I've got my domain name from namecheap and it's really a pretty good deal. But i haven't tried their hosting.
    Thank you for sharing this information. Someone else have their experience on namecheap hosting? Any comments?
