It happened to me sometime ago , it because the niche you were using has been reported by the niche owner to your domain provider.

consider it a lesson learned through pain. in future you can own multiple accounts on same registrar, or spread the assets around multiple registrars. stay far away from namecheap.

Website
wordhero.co
this happened to my partner. one too many dmca notice came in and namecheap closed his acct for abuse. for this reason i never recommend namecheap. they have other problems due with their involvement in politics.

try namesilo.com as your new favorite registrar.

free whois privacy, cheapest domains. no shady tactics like upcharging the price to renew. same rate every year (outside of ICANN rate modifications)
Do they accept crypto as payment?

it's their property. you're just leasing it. same rule across every registrar.
namesilo can terminate you over anything for any reason no refunds. its in their ToS.
however in this case the reason is clear -- copyright infringement.

other registrars may be more lenient. totally up to them.
generally the domain gets relinquished and if you keep up on it, you can buy it back on a different registrar once the term is up.

monitor their expiry date with public whois tools.
generally if you paid for 1 year, it will expire 1 year after purchase date.
at that point you can buy it again on a different regsitrar
or they could relinquish it tomorrow since it belongs to a terminated account. thats why i say monitor.
theres free tools online that will give you email alerts if it's on the market/expiring soon
third option is they put the domain up for auction. in which case you should bid on it on a new account/ip/billing info. then transfer it to a different registrar.

google "njalla dmca" and tell me what shows up.
read the njalla "about us" and "faq". to get an idea of what you're paying for with them.
end of the day its your money and your business.
